Let CP track PM, RF, and Government Officials

Just give CP the ability to track the Prime Minister, Royal Family Members, and Government Official’s locations.

This would allow CP to get to protect different VIPs without looking for them.

(And of course after you fix the bug where you have to return to menu to track the monarch whenever a new monarch comes in, I posted a separate bug report aboout this, link is attached below).

CP can't track new Monarch without returning to menu

Bug Report Brief Description of Bug: CP must return to menu and rejoin team every time there is a new monarch in order to track the new monarch’s location. Steps to Reproduce: Become a CP, then just wait until the monarch leaves. When the new monarch joins, you can’t track his/her location unless you return to menu. Gameplay Impact: Medium (Because I have to reset to find out to keep track of the Monarch, which takes time, and the Monarch could have died too while I was resetting). Evidence …
