CP can't track new Monarch without returning to menu

Bug Report

Brief Description of Bug: CP must return to menu and rejoin team every time there is a new monarch in order to track the new monarch’s location.
Steps to Reproduce: Become a CP, then just wait until the monarch leaves. When the new monarch joins, you can’t track his/her location unless you return to menu.
Gameplay Impact: Medium (Because I have to reset to find out to keep track of the Monarch, which takes time, and the Monarch could have died too while I was resetting).

Evidence (video shows the map when the new monarch joins, the crown symbol does not appear, it only appears after I returned to the menu):

Quite late to this forum but it also happens to me as CP.
