Zipties should be able to bypass people who hold signs, or any other item that prevents from being detained, Royal Guards have no other detainment methods to detain people if they are obstructing duties, such as civilians on top of your horse, moving it around, with a sign, or clamp, or any other item that allows them to prevent being detained.
Not necessary, call MET for backup. If they refuse to put the sign away you can just shoot them
Due to liveshield now, they’ll probably just ban you for shooting a person. Also, MET can’t tase or pava without a person having a charge so idk.

They can’t ban someone for shooting a person with no context of the situation. If they are following handbook rules to discharge an unarmed Civilian they cannot be banned, if that happens please do make a report.

MET rarely help, most of the time people are bugged and their tool doesnt even get removed if they get tazed, pava’d etc.
MET cant help when they have signs out. Except COs and MO19. There is in game restriction stopping us from doing it.
Again, if they are in BP and refuse to stop while holding a protest sign you have full authority to neutralize them

No, mainly referring towards whenever B&R are posting outside, and civilians are constantly jumping on their horse with signs, etc, and they have no way to detain them due to the sign.
i mean i dont think they should be using their zipties for that purpose either way? 
I’ve seen some people get ziptied while jumping on a horse without a sign, this is due to passing a CQC which lessens the restriction also on the RG side meaning you can ziptie people outside but for signs it was intended that if they are holding one that they would need to be tazed or any other form of disarming them to be able to ziptie/cuff them
RG aren’t meant to be policing civilians, just call MPS if it bothers you. I don’t really see a need to cuff someone with a sign out other than moving them out of the road during a protest, but then that is what MO7 is for, not RG.
