Bug Report
Brief Description of Bug: Some traffic lights are not synced properly together since the recent content update. For example, on Trafalgar Square and the intersection from A3214 onto Spur Rd/Buckingham Gate.
Steps to Reproduce: Sync the traffic lights so that they are timed properly.
Gameplay Impact: Medium - in some instances it leads to you being detected as running a red light.
