Brief Description of Bug: This ‘speed bump’ is practically a ski slope and when you drive over it your car flips in the air and destroys it completely.
Steps to Reproduce: (if applicable) Drive over it at any speed above 25mph

The speed bump is designed to be a speed bump. Vehicles may be damaged if they exceed a certain speed threshold due to physics. You state over 25mph causes damage which is pretty much correct as to the actual speed limit. Vehicles with better suspension may suffer less from the speed bump. This is an intentional change and is not a bug.
