COs still handle issues regarding users in serious divisions.
yes but almost every abuser is not in a division so that isnt really helpful
Only PSD or SPA, PSD has barely any COs and SPA has barely any
100% Agree. It’s turned into chaos.
exactly why I stopped playing, so chaotic
I mean I get everyones points here but the change in sanctions was made by the decision of higher ups (The Devs) so its not like LiveShield really wanted to take the jobs of sanctioning away from CO’s, LiveShield just has to adapt to the change, so would much prefer LiveShield would stop getting the hate.
The only advantage of this from them is they can do it up to more time, yet I still agree how this happend, going to support channel, you wouldn’t see any teams that appears as: Complaint. Most of this were fine for me, but the removal of that button is way too far, I was confused when they said me to report players with “Make a report.”.
Reports should stay through LiveShield, which is dedicated to dealing with reports. Chief Officers are not to be trusted with handing out sanctions.
LiveShield was tasked with sanctioning people out of the blue. They are highly inexperienced and, as a matter of fact, do not know how to sanction according to team rules (because they don’t!) Chief officers aren’t “trusted” with handling out sanctions because they cant. They would if they could, they are the best people to handle sanctions.
You are one of the people that don’t know how to do simple research for yourself.
Well, let me first start off by saying that we shouldn’t be accusing specific people of their capability of researching, and I am merely putting my view forward from what I know. LiveShield specifically deals with moderation, Chief Officers handle multiple different things and therefore it would be dangerous for them to hand out sanctions. they are not to be trusted. If they got permission to hand out sanctions, there would be many more people being sanctioned than what is now.
P.S. Lets not suggest anyone is “mentally ill” thank you very much!
I am going to accuse specific people (you) of your capability of researching (you can’t).
P.S. I will continue to suggest people are mentally ill, thank you very much!
You shouldn’t be suggesting people are mentally ill" because it’s not nice and we should be kind, that has got too far now.
Contrary to your belief; LiveShield is a very experienced group of moderators which, funny enough, largely comprises of COs. We know how to moderate, sanction and handle users and do so in accordance with what our leads (the lead developers) want.
To state that we are “inexperienced” is barmy considering:
A, most of our members are COs and have previously done CO sanctioning. So by your definition they must be “experienced”.
B, we have been successfully sanctioning teams for 5 months now.
Exactly. I strongly agree with your statement.
I don’t know how did this spin to LiveShield being inexperienced
The complains we all have seen, were about the changes made by the management and if I am correct, about the laxation of certain sanctions (e.g. LTAA before being cuffed or tased).
