Many times criminals are using the refuse assistance button to avoid arrest its really annoying youll spend ages trying to catch them for them to pull a gun out, you shoot them and they refuse assistance to restart, leaving the police looking like idiots. Is there anything that can be done to prevent this?
Refusing assistance should be disabled if you are in handcuffs

No, no and again no. Refuse assistance should never be disabled as it is a basic right to refuse assistance
Even if you say “DNR”, LAS can revive you if you’re in police custody. Talk about the basic right to refuse assistance!

No matter, if a paramedic arrive, the criminal can ask DNR, that’s mean “Do Not Ressuscitate”. If he ask that we should stop our interventions.
If they are a criminal or in police custody and they say DNR then therefore that DNR is void since they are a criminal
