Brief Description of Bug: Some offences give you a warning when you charge a civilian who did that crime. (I.e Charging an civilian who robbed an ATM for Attempted Robbery/Robbery will warn you)

Gameplay Impact: High
We are committed to ensuring our automatic offence detection system is accurate and efficient at doing its job. We are aware of certain issues regarding the system and will make changes accordingly in order to ensure the system is fair for all players. I will raise the issue regarding accurate detection or otherwise relaxing of proprietary offences in order to further suite BP gameplay and prevent wrongful warnings or qualification revokes.
