Bug Report

Brief Description of Bug: On mobile when booking someone or giving them an FPN you are not able to scroll down to all of the violations and choose them; it becomes very difficult because when you let go it pops back up.
Steps to Reproduce: Handcuff a player and attempt to give them an FPN or drive them to NSY and try to book them there. You will not be able to choose some of the violations which are lower down on the list. | ONLY ON MOBILE |

May I ask what mobile device you are using? Tablet or mobile phone? We will look into this.

Mobile Phone: specifically iphone. (Yes, it can run the game quite well.)
