Make the jobs mandatory, because some jobs are actually helpful as the Parking Warden, Bus Driver and Repair Technician. But since they are mandatory, make them only last for like 10 minutes and then the civilians have 30 minutes free time. And if they don’t choose a job, they won’t get any money and are restricted to legal items in the dealer and can only spawn the varlon vista (starter car).
Basically what I mean is that a screen pops up: Choose a job for 10 minutes. And then they get to choose all civilian jobs. Failure to do so = Only legal items allowed, no passive income and can only spawn Varlon Vista (starter car).
No, this would make the game not as fun from a civilian perspective as they would have to do a job they might not want to for 10 minutes just to do what they actually wanted to do for only 30 minutes this would cause a decrease in civilians and furthermore in the long run lead to less duties for MPS, RG and MPS
No this would make a loot of BP players quit playing the game because no one wants to do mandatory jobs.
yeah im ngl if this was added so that you could only play on met and rg for x minutes after doing x minutes of a civilian job then like every specialist would leave too, not to mention the average player

This is just so there are more workers. Adds realism and is helpful because there are repair technicians that repair, Bus drivers and so on.
