Fast Food Manager: Content Update 1

Additions

  • Kitchen Fires! Be careful not to leave food unattended or overcooked!
  • Fire Extinguisher item added! Use it to put out kitchen fires, you can order one directly from the IDEA Store on your in-game Computer Desk.
  • NPC Workers are now here.
    The three NPC worker types are now available to help run your restaurant more efficiently:
    • Bussers: Collect dirty trays, clean them, and restack neatly.
    • Cashiers: Handle customer payments, give correct change.
    • Servers: Deliver completed meals to seated customers.

More worker roles such as Cooks and Suppliers are coming soon!

Fixes/Changes

  • The Customer NPC wave formula has been refined.
  • NPC Pathfinding has been improved to address issues.
  • Several NPC animation issues have been resolved.
  • Frie Boxes no longer despawn at the start of a new day unless they are filled with fries.
  • Food trays, patty containers, and patty trays can now be stacked on top of themselves for more efficient storage.
  • The Sink is now fixed in place due to integration with the Busser worker role.
  • Resolved an issue where negative or missing payouts could occur when fulfilling orders.
  • Trays are now automatically returned properly, even if NPCs are interrupted during their cleanup.
  • Items that require refrigeration or freezing are now clearly marked with updated info labels.
  • Multiple miscellaneous bug fixes and stability improvements across the board.
  • Player & NPC Character height & width adjustments to fit the game better.
