Hey, I love the game, but I think it would be cool if you added an emergency dispatcher role! They play such an important part in real life by helping people during emergencies, and it would be awesome to see that in the game. It would add a lot of realism and make the experience even better, Not sure how it will be managed, But i think it will be a good thing.
This is in the game. Its a gamepass.

This could be abused… so badly.
And if it was Superintendent+ it would just be underused.
