Edit or remove ability to DNR

It’s often abused by a lot of criminals, including but not limited, to those that discharge firearm or commit other crimes.

For example, I just caught a person that equipped his firearm (so we shot him) after he had left his car after he was pushed aside by another officer for speeding but before LAS could fully heal him, he just refused medical assistance and we couldn’t punish him.

Removing DNR in itself would be a poor decision since it is a legal entitlement. However I do absolutely agree that civilians who have committed crimes should not have this option.
