Additions
- Added Prisoner Transport request system - you can use the “PTV” app in your Phone (if you’re on MET team, or on RG as RMP / GG / Officer) to request another officer transport up to 3 detained suspects near you. The transporting officer will get a bonus for each suspect who is booked that they transported.
- Added “refuse assistance” button once you’ve been downed for 30+ seconds, where you will be unable to get revived afterwards by medical staff.

- Fixed first-person zooming when downed causing your character to glitch around
