There is quite a significant pricing bias between the PM team and HM team in terms of cars. The PM team has quite good looking cars priced well below 10k pounds. Whereas The Cheapest Car in the HM team is 35K pounds.
Considering how difficult it is to earn money in-game, we need cheap cars for the HM team too.
I think the developers assume that you will likely purchase cash if you’re desperate for a car - I mean you are paying thousands of Robux and real money for a gamepass.
Plus there have always been overpriced vehicles, this isn’t anything out of the ordinary as you’re supposed to earn these, not every player is expected to have the best of the best vehicles.
