Brief Description of Bug: Car ain’t working, Whenever I drive a car it just won’t move. (Yes I have put it off in park and changed gears.) I tried resetting my game but every server I go on it just doesn’t work. SOMETIMES It does move but it ends up stopping.

Thank you for providing the clip. After reviewing it, we were unable to identify any issues. It appears that what you’re experiencing is the intended behaviour of the vehicle.
As mentioned in the CU3 update announcement:
In this update, vehicles now require you to shift through each gear sequentially. Attempting to start in 3rd gear, for example, would be difficult (and likely result in damage or stalling) in real life.
