Brief Description of Bug: Snipers Cant open BP doors

Hello,
This is an intentional feature.
In order to gain access to the roof snipers are only able to enter via the Royal Gallery if needed. This is located to the left side of BP.
This can be seen in the recent update log that the developers have put out, linked here: Content Update 3
