Nerf PAVA, it is too OP!

PAVA should be nerfed, here are my reasons:

  1. If you get sprayed by PAVA I don’t think it should you’re legs turn into jelly and your hands are ice.

  2. If you get sprayed from the back I don’t think it should affect your vision

Sure it helps officers stop armed civilian’s, but PAVA is currently way too OP and just nerf it.
