The white traffic hat is given to Roads Traffic Policing officers. The reflective vests can be equipped by biker, mounted unit, or Roads Traffic Policing.
I only kind of agree with the ceremonial uniform part.
not only bikers in real life wear reflective vests and Roads Traffic Policing shouldn’t be a division if there are met police and buyable roads traffic police cars

Taskforce has RTPC It’s not needed to be public. If you want to you can apply for Taskforce and than join RTPC. If it will be released to public it will completely looses it’s point.
