Bug Report - Medals

Brief Description of Bug: Bugged players (unsure how to determine who is bugged, but I believe I am) cannot receive medals from the Monarch.
Steps to Reproduce: Issue a bugged player a medal as Monarch.
Gameplay Impact: Low

I’ve had two monarchs (1Vept and Sir_Reginald17) try to award me medals for whatever reason. Each time, I’ve not received the medal nor received a notification indicating it was awarded.

The first monarch, 1Vept, said the money was withdrawn from their account but I did not receive it, the second, Sir_Reginald17, said he couldn’t even give me it.

Personally, I do not care about a Roblox medal, but if this is a bug, would be great if it was resolved and 1Vept got a refund. Original ticket reference (general): support-7352

They could’ve just not given you the medal

I know, but I spoke to Vept and they said they made their own ticket and the dev team had said it would be fixed. Submitting this to bring attention to it in case it is a real bug.
