They have to interact with the community, listen to the community, (every developer or owner interacts with their players) the players are the one who’s supporting the game, but instead they just ignore the players, they just think they’re special.

If the Life Guards are useless, technically an OCG is useless.
They make the game look toxic and bad.

Life Guards are absolutely useless, while OCGs are fighting cops
OCG members are criminals, they are not cops. Hence the name, Organised Crime Group. Life Guards secure and protect Buckingham Palace and the Monarch.
as a former life guard member, they do absolutely nothing. If a sniper comes, they are useless as always. OCGs are GOATed, while Life guards are useless as always
I will state that you did not get enough experience as a LG then, Life Guards pride themselves on what they do and you still applied to Life Guards regardless so to see you now flame the divison that you spent time applying for is pretty sad.

yall are bad at combat, i aint respecting ceremonial divs with no combat experience. My grandma will be better than you all in combat
This division is not worth the time i spent on it. Accept that youre just too bad at the game to fight OCGs
The Life Guards pride them self’s on ceremonial perfection (that they have) and they are not in anyway centred around combat. As much as the Life Guards would like to succeed in combat, we are the division with no London based combat role. The Grenadier Guards and Royal Military police are combat divisions focused in London.

If i was so bad at combat I wouldn’t of gotten into MO19, being a OCG doesn’t make you anything special and regardless this is a poor outlook on you for being so toxic.

Organised crime should be a thing handled by met operations and the Royal guard should be going no where near that sort of stuff. Unless it’s a hostage and GG are the last point of contact.
