For our upcoming content update we are discussing potential features focused on the civilian team.
We invite you to use this thread as a way to make suggestions for what you would like to see added to the Civilian team in future.
All suggestions posted here will be read and considered by the team!
Greetings and salutations, the RAC job is allright but I have an idea. A second vehicle for RAC to help them in their job, add more to the civillian team and improve the roleplay in the streets. A tow truck for RAC personnel that they can choose instead of the van. The idea is if any civillian vehicle was abandonded for more than three minutes and it is not properly parked, the RAC personnel can take this vehicle to their depot using the tow truck. Almost all the time we find abandoned vehicles in the middle of the street or blocking gates even on purpose and with this idea we can end that! Thank you for reading!
Greetings and salutations! It would be great to add a bus driver job to the civillians! They idea it would be to just add functional buses to drive around the city and them will drive around looking for bus stops (maybe the closest bus stop shown in screen as the delivery job has it). You get some good money regularly for staying in the job and you lose the job if you break the laws. Thanks for reading! Thanks to @optimusskywalker134 for the bus route suggestion!
Add a feature that allows both civilians and other teams to call RAC services to get their cars repaired by a RAC technician. This would be especially helpful when a car breaks down, and the person doesn’t have a repair kit or enough money to buy one. It would also enhance the experience for RAC technicians, giving them more opportunities to respond to calls rather than just wandering around the map looking for broken cars.
Making DS and other major locations that have interiors be robberies, so MPS have something to do as well as the civs. Example: BP has a small vault room that is hard to get into. Or by breaking into DS, you can get some documents that can be sold.
for number 5, an alliance system would be cool, you could like request to ally with certain civillians and then teamfire is disabled for us
friends and family…i just…feel someone had to say this on behalf of everyone else…i say that civilians should be more than welcome to report to 911 on their phone whilst being cuffed ! i say this because some nutcases ABUSE their CUFFS!this really leaves me and other fellow civilians quite peeved. the calls should also be answered by cops who are over the mental age of 7 and can actually comprehend things. thank you dearly.
WHAT SHE SAID. the 911 call should also be only answered by the GOOD cops like qualified or whatever because when some silly chowderhead that’s the one trying to KIDNAP u answers it IT DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE​:face_with_symbols_over_mouth:
so please take civilians feelings into consideration and do the above 
Weapon skins are unrealistic
Add a Civilian Sniper (not robux locked) so that we can do assanintations realistically
Add a Social Media app to the phone like a Twitter style app that all players can chat openly like a Message Board when People can talk in chats etc but not private
Add being able to call/text RAC would be amazing, at the moment if you are doing the job you are just aimlessly driving around looking for cars to fix, i believe it would add more social RP and make the job more fun.
A job where when a parking warden clamps a car you get a notification and a location of where the car is so it can be towed, or this can be added into the RAC job

1 - Gang creation, like it would cost money, you can invite up to 5-10 people in it max, and the friendly fire isnt active.
2 - Adding illegal activities, the first Ive tought off was selling drugs, but idk if roblox would accept that, maybe we can add “illegal package” and we need to sell them to dealers (pnj) or civilian (players). Or just deliver them in the city.
This will be add some work for the MET and the civ have others illegal activies than trying to get inside BP or DS and shoot everyone.
3 - Add more social place like a coffee shop near BP so people instead of just wandering around the front gate would have a place to meet, this can be a coffee shop, a bar, nightclub or smth like that.
4 - A guy said it, we need houses ! This is a lot of work for you guys but you can make profit out of it look :
Make personnal houses, for the start a little appartement for 2k with 4 pieces in it.
Make them personnalisable, like the possibility of having different type of houses, classy, neutral, modern etc, or if that’s not too much work, push the personnalisation at his max, we can change the floor, the wall the sofa, bed etc .

I believe this is planned due to the bus depo found on the map, but this would be a cool job to do due to the amount of civilians with broken vehicles at BP.
Making harder to get a damn gun for them so that response police officers can actually do something to criminals rather than spamming s0 and waiting for ARVs
Add more perks to civ jobs so that people will actually work instead of getting a gun and just having shootouts at bp
