When someone is having a conversation in general and wants to show an image, they’d post it photos and ask people to look at that channel real quick and go back to general to chat. Now, to post an image, you’d have to give it a title and post the image, where it will give you a separate channel that you can talk in, if needed. aRE we facebook? are we twitter??? This is soooo unneeded! This just makes it so that instead of posting an image inphotos and letting one person or two comment on it and then let the image wash up into with the flow of the channel, it will linger more in this forum/thread style of messaging. Like I want to post a funny cat gif for funsies and now I can’t even do that anymore without seeming weird BECAUSE THERE IS A LACK OF UNIFIED CHATTING WITHIN PHOTOS. NOW IT GIVES A SEPARATE CHANNEL FOR EACH DIFFERENT PHOTO. This is not neededddddd! If you look in photos , there are barely any long, lingering, lengthy chain of replies to an image because we KNOW to not have conversation in there. We can create a thread if we wanted to have a conversation that is long enough in photos. Sure, these new types of posts encourage conversation. Sure, this style of posts organize conversation more. BUT ITS SO UNTRADTIONAL. WE JUST WANNA POST PHOTOS WITHOUT HAVING A CHATROOM UNDER THE PHOTO. WE JUST WANT TO QUICKLY POST AN IMAGE AND HAVE A CHANNEL ALL CAN EASILY ACCESS AND CHAT IN. JUST LET US GO BACK PLEASEEE. AT LEAST HAVE BOTH OPEN OR SOMETHINGGGG
