complaining that you can’t blacklist RMP is a joke. Would you say ‘Remove Liveshield from BP and let people do what they want’? so why ‘let monarchs blacklist RMP’?

They can’t blacklist COs thankfully, but still, special divs who are simply doing their job shouldn’t be blacklistable, and definitely not RG Special Divs.
