Than it shouldnt be decreased for ANY divisions or such.
The PAVA cooldown only lasts 5-6 seconds as far as I know. To engage the PAVA cooldown, you need to use PAVA for 5-6 seconds. I don’t see why you could just tase an individual if you have been using your PAVA for five seconds.
