Heard that GG can’t buy medical items but I don’t know if it’s true. If so, that would definitely be worth allowing imo.

To my knowledge none of the divisions can buy medical equipment which we should as I have had countless cases where a guard is bleeding out and I am forced to watch them die

Wonderful idea, this should also be implemented for support guards as they are trained paramedics for RG

GG hold combative duties for RG and MO19 hold combative duties for MET.

I agree, which wouldve been fine if mo19 didnt get it, but now that mo19 has it, why them and not us?

This has always been whispered about, but its very clear that MPS is favored for updates over the other teams, especially the parallel between mo19 and GG, where the Grenadiers dont have grenades, whilst mo19 does.

Overall i believe new changes do need to be implemented in the future for RG, but giving GG this subclass would be a great start.

MPS is definetly favoured over other teams, GG barely have any equipment for their duties meanwhile MO19 have like 10+ vehicles, a bunch of different loadouts and uniforms, GG needs more like that!!

I get this however respectfully mo19 is a policing unit and I don’t think that gg need multiple different vehicles and I feel you think mo19 has more than they actually do

You are right, MO19 should get more tools but we are in the army so we should get something like a new gun or loadout

If anything, a policing unit SHOULDN’T be getting more powerful equipment than the British Army. Having multiple different vehicles isn’t the main focus, it’s better WEAPONS, and this, a medic subclass. We need better weapons because we are the army, and face more greater threats. It’s also how it works in real life. So this is why I made the suggestion, and I completely support more firepower and machinery for GG, especially grenades, it’s in our name.

MO19 also have this, ours is just designed more for heavy combat and for the army.

I’ll adress some things on why I disagree with this.

  1. The subclass being very limited in MO19 does NOT mean it doesn’t exist. Where as here, in GG, we don’t have medical supplies AT ALL, not very limited, we don’t have it at all.

  2. Like stated, giving the Grenadier Guards the subclass would simply be all needed on the Volute behalf. GG HQ would take care of the rest by creating a qualification course to attend if the user wants to use it in combat. There would be several other requirements to deploy a medic in-game.

  3. In my opinion, every division shouldn’t be getting access to medical supplies, it would ruin the point of LAS. However, most divisions are unlike GG and MO19. Divisions such as the Life Guards, TC, MO7, etc. aren’t built and aren’t meant for hard combat and facing tough, armed civiilians, MPS divisions already have basic medical supplies, the MO19 medic class just has more powerful supplies. I believe it is only right to give medical supplies to COMBAT MEDICS and MO19 MEDICS as they face the toughest job. Again, using the Life Guards as an example, LG wouldn’t need medical supplies as they are posting all day and doing ceremonial duties, divisions like GG and MO19 DO need them because they are actively engaging with armed/dangerous civilians who have big guns. LAS are also not trained and do not have permission to MoD land unless they are CCT or LAS Manager. A GG Combat Medics has these permissions and are also trained at self-defence/weaponry.

Overall, I disagree with the statement that GG shouldn’t get medical supplies. And I believe it would be for the good to give us medical supplies. However, I completely see where you came from and respect your opinion on this :slight_smile:

Good idea, but medics are able to fight so don’t remove any weapons for them. I applied for GG and if I am accepte, It will be something I would like to see.

In my opinion, they should just add the option to switch to no.8’s to all available serious divsions, and then give the support guards the correct medical supplies so they can actually heal.

I don’t know how you would know what vehicles we have but I can confidently say you are overestimating how many things we have that GG dont. It still makes sense to give MPS more vehicles and combative equipment though, as their role is solely policing based, whereas GG is in large part a ceremonial division.

LAS already is pointless, there’s barely any LAS in-game and if there is, they take ages to respond.

I have seen plenty of vehicles that MO19 have used + if GG are deployed it is combative and we have like no gear
